Industries

Five industries. One discipline.

The processes change with the application. The discipline doesn't.

Aerospace & defense

When the part is on a flight deck, in a satellite, or on a defense system, the cost of a label failing is not the cost of the label. We specify and produce nameplates, data plates, control overlays, and asset tags to MIL-STD-130, UL, and customer-specific aerospace standards. Photo-anodized aluminum is the workhorse here for its environmental durability; membrane switches and graphic overlays cover the human-machine interface.

Typical applications: MIL-STD-130 UID plates, avionics control overlays, equipment data plates, asset tags, instructional placards.

Medical devices

Medical device labeling has to satisfy regulatory requirements (UDI, FDA-compliant materials), survive sterilization and disinfectant exposure, and remain legible across the full service life of the device. We produce UDI-compliant primary and secondary device labels, sterile barrier and packaging labels, and the membrane switches and graphic overlays that sit on the front of diagnostic and lab equipment.

Typical applications: UDI labeling, sterile-barrier packaging, device control overlays, IFU and patient-information inserts, lab and diagnostic instrument HMIs.

Industrial equipment

Industrial nameplates and overlays have to work in environments that destroy ordinary labels — heat, oil, hydraulic fluid, abrasion, UV. We specify substrate, ink, and adhesive systems together, then produce at the volumes the equipment OEM ships at, with the traceability and revision control needed for a regulated supply chain.

Typical applications: Equipment data plates, control panel overlays, warning and instructional labels, asset and maintenance tags, OEM-branded nameplates.

Consumer brands

Consumer packaging has different priorities than regulated-industry work — shelf appeal, color fidelity, brand consistency across SKUs and regions — but the production discipline is the same. We run shrink sleeves, folding cartons, and pressure-sensitive labels for national CPG brands and grocery private label programs at the volume and consistency the channel requires.

Typical applications: Shrink sleeves, folding cartons, primary and secondary CPG labels, private-label programs, seasonal and limited-edition packaging.

Technology

Technology hardware needs labeling that's regulatory-compliant, brand-consistent, and engineered to survive the part's full lifecycle — from manufacturing line to end-user environment to disposal. We produce regulatory and certification labels, asset tags, internal-component identification, and the consumer-facing brand decoration that goes on the outside of the box.

Typical applications: Regulatory and compliance labels (UL, FCC, CE, RoHS), product asset tags, internal component identification, brand decoration and product overlays.
