What we deliver with every order
Certificate of Conformance — Every order ships with a CoC documenting the materials, processes, and inspection records associated with the production lot.
Traceability — Every production lot is traceable to its raw materials, operator records, and inspection data. Audit-ready as a default, not an upgrade.
Revision control — Artwork, specs, and tooling versions are tracked in our quality system. You always know which revision shipped, and so do we.
Inspection records — Statistical process control on flexographic and screen runs; first-article inspection on photo-anodized aluminum and membrane switches; AQL-based sampling on every order.
Industry standards we work to
We routinely produce to UL 969 (label adhesion and durability), MIL-STD-130 (DoD identification marking), MIL-STD-202 (electronic component testing), 21 CFR Part 11 (FDA electronic records, applicable to UDI and pharmaceutical), RoHS and REACH, FDA-compliant materials for direct food and pharmaceutical contact, and BS 5609 for marine-immersion chemical labeling.
We are familiar with most aerospace, medical-device, and defense customer-specific quality requirements. If your program has a quality flow-down we haven't worked to before, we will tell you that, and we will tell you whether we can meet it.
